Transitions Child Care is a warm and caring private home daycare in St. Catharines, offering quality care to children aged 12 months to 4 years old. The center operates under the policies and guidelines set forth by the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014 and the Ministry of Education. The experienced Registered Early Childhood Educator offers play-based learning with an emphasis on real-life experiences and outdoor exploration. Snacks and lunches are provided based on the nutritional standards outlined by the Canadian Food Guide. There are two, three, or five full-day programs offered, with hours of operation ranging from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Aftercare is also available from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.
