Mackenzie Infant Care Centres, situated at 1308 College Ave, Regina, SK S4P 1B2, Canada, is a special place designed to support young student mothers attending high school classes at the nearby Shirley Schneider Support Centre (SSSC) within Balfour Collegiate. The SSSC offers various academic programs, and the daycare center works in collaboration with other programs at Balfour to meet the individual needs of the students.

Mackenzie Infant Care Centres has a total of 36 infant spaces and 15 toddler spaces. After 18 months of age, the children transition to a toddler care site within Balfour Collegiate. The daycare is named after Alex B. Mackenzie, a former principal who strongly advocated for education and support for young mothers.

The staff at Mackenzie Infant Care Centres consists of four qualified infant care educators at the infant care locations and three educators at the toddler centers. Additionally, there is a chef who prepares healthy meals, including homemade baby food and weekly lunches for both the students and children.

In addition to providing care, Mackenzie Infant Care Centres emphasizes the education of the children in their care. The childhood education staff focuses on developing motor, social, emotional, language, speech, and literacy skills.
