Andrew Fleck Children's Services at George Street has been providing early learning and care to families in Ottawa's Lowertown area since 1911. The center offers licensed child care for children aged 18 months to 5 years across two buildings in the Byward Market. Their main building provides a preschool program for children aged 2.5 to 5 years old. Operating hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.
