Tykes of Columbus Child Care Centre is a fully licensed daycare facility in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada. Our mission is to offer children a happy daycare experience, with a strong emphasis on outside play. Our classrooms are bright and cheerful, with large windows that provide an abundance of natural light. We have a spacious outdoor area of over 8000 square feet, enabling self-discovery and growth through engaging indoor and outdoor activities. Our staff members are highly trained, kind, and has received rigorous training to fulfill our high standards of care. We provide nutritious meals and snacks prepared in-house by a trained chef, and our menus contribute towards the acceptance of a variety of new foods and lifelong healthy eating habits. Tykes of Columbus is the creation of a working parent for working parents, with a professionally designed location to accommodate busy infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. The centre accepts infants between the ages of 4 and 18 months, toddlers between the ages of 18 months and 2.5 years, and preschoolers between the ages of 2.5 years and 6 years. Tykes of Columbus Child Care Centre are open from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and closed on statutory holidays.
