The University of Toronto Child Care Centre offers high-quality child care to children ages 6 weeks to 5 years. George Brown College operates this centre, which serves as a model lab school for students in the School of Early Childhood Education, providing a valuable training ground for college students to enhance their skills in dealing with children and families. Furthermore, the centre facilitates research and curricular development possibilities for both the University of Toronto and George Brown College. The Child Care Centre on Charles, located within the University's Student Family Housing, provides full-time and part-time care and is available from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on weekdays.
