Hester How Early Learning Centre is a non-profit workplace early learning center located in Toronto City Hall, providing a warm, loving environment that nurtures, educates, and guides young children. They provide full-day care for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and kindergarten students. The program is divided into four age groups: PROGRAM FOR INFANTS (0 - 18 months) TODDLER PROGRAM (AGES 18 - 2 1/2 YEARS) PRESCHOOL PROGRAM (AGES 2 1/2 - 4) PRESCHOOL PROGRAM (3 YRS 8 MTHS - 5 YRS). The center encourages family involvement and offers the opportunity for parents to visit their children during the day. Hester How is licensed through the Ministry of Education and has a purchase of services agreement with the City of Toronto's Children's Services division, making their care available to families receiving subsidies. The center's hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm.
